Location: Hall of Justice. This was the start of Clint Eastwood’s Dirty Harry franchise, and probably the best of the films in which he plays the avenging detective who takes justice into his own hands when the legal system is incapable—or unwilling—to do so. At least, that’s how Eastwood’s Harry Callahan saw things. The Hall of Justice, which houses the San Francisco County Superior Court, figures prominently in the film.
