Lev Ekster opened the CupcakeStop after being unable to find a job as an attorney post-law school, he told Above the Law in 2009. In 2011, ATL reported that CupcakeStop had appeared to be out of business. But the company’s Twitter and Facebook accounts are still active, and CupcakeStop seems to be catering corporate events in their food truck.
