Anamika Khanna was a lawyer in the United Kingdom before moving to San Francisco and opening Kasa Indian Eatery with partner Tim Volkema in 2008. The Kasa Indian Truck serves kati rolls, rice plates and samosas, and there are two brick-and-mortar locations in the city.
