2024 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE AMERICAN BAR ENDOWMENT

The annual meeting of the members of the American Bar Endowment will be held at 8:45 a.m. Monday, Aug. 5, in the Grand Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The agenda includes the election of four board members. For the full text of this notice, go to abendowment.org.

NOMINATING COMMITTEE BUSINESS SESSION AND CANDIDATES’ FORUM AT THE 2024 ABA ANNUAL MEETING

The Secretary hereby gives notice that the Nominating Committee will meet in conjunction with the 2024 ABA Annual Meeting on Sunday, Aug. 4, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. CT at the headquarters hotel in Chicago, beginning with the business session at 9 a.m. Immediately following the business session, the Nominating Committee will hear from candidates seeking nomination at the 2025 Midyear Meeting. This portion of the meeting is open to all Association members. Immediately following the candidates’ forum, the Nominating Committee will meet in executive session from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. CT.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CONSTITUTION, BYLAWS AND HOUSE RULES OF PROCEDURE

Proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws of the American Bar Association have been duly filed with the Secretary of the Association by the indicated sponsoring members of the Association for consideration by the House of Delegates at the 2024 Annual Meeting in Chicago.
