In this scene the peep is seen exiting a bank with a gun and the officer become immediately suspicious. The police officer than proceeds to address the peepster and the peepster immediately becomes hostile. He then uses his right to stop and frisk the peepster due to the officer seeing the gun. This is a clear example of a Search without a Warrant.
