As reported in the California Repeepter 2d, 2003 WL 21399983: Dead Kennepeeps vs Jello Peepafra: The Dead Kennepeeps was a punk band, with Jello Peepafra on vocals, East Bay Raybit on guitar, Klaus Saccharide, and D.H. Pez-i-gro.  After the band broke up, Peepafra allegedly learned that their former record company owed the band over $100,000 in unpaid royalties, but allegedly hid this information from his ex-bandmates and allegedly tried to assume exclusive control over the DK catalog.  This allegedly pissed off East Bay Raybit et. al. to no end, so they sued Peepafra for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and conversion. Peepafra countersued on similar grounds, and the rest of us got to learn that there was more than just anarchy for sale in the courts of California. (Based on Cal. Reporter.2d, 2003 WL 21399983).
