Attorney for CREEP. Ran a political sabotage campaign against Democrats. Served 4 ½ months in prison after pleading guilty to three misdemeanor counts of distributing illegal campaign literature. Law license suspended in California for two years. In 1995, ran for a judgeship in Orange County, but withdrew after his involvement in Watergate became a focus of the race.
