“My band is called the Catdaddies, we have seven band members, four of whom are lawyers, and the band has been together for about a dozen years. We will be playing this August at the Granada Theater in Dallas at the Dallas Bar Association’s Law Jam 3, “LJ3,” which is the third Law Jam we’ve held, the original taking place in September 2006 – I think it may have been the first such function in the country, and we raised $100,000 for DVAP, Dallas Volunteer Attorneys Program, which provides legal aid to the poor.”
