*Minimum for classified  advertising is 15 words, email address or URL count as two words, no charge to set type for these ads
**Minimum for classified display is one Column Inch (Column Width =2 1/8 inches), a $500 color charge applies to display classified ads with color

Guidelines

Acceptance Policy

All ads subject to publisher’s approval.  Every effort is made to schedule months requested, but we cannot guarantee date of publication.

Payment Policy

All classified advertising must be prepaid. Major credit cards are accepted (VISA, M/C, AMEX). Payment also accepted by check, money order, or wire transfer. Please make all checks payable to the American Bar Association, Attn: ABA Journal. NOTE: No agency commission on classified advertising.

Issuance and Closing Deadline

Published monthly. Closing is the 25th of each month, two months prior to publication, or, if that date is a holiday or weekend, the next working day. For example, the December issue closes October 25th.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to closing date.
