Wilkinson Barker Snaps Up MoFo Communications Group
Morrison & Foerster’s communications law group is jumping to Wilkinson Barker Knauer, a D.C.-based technology firm.
Leading the move is Cheryl A. Tritt, whose being joined by three partners and two counsel. The additions bring to 47 the number of attorneys devoted to communications and technology law at Wilkinson Barker, according to a news release from the firm.
“We are thrilled that Cheryl Tritt and her team have chosen to join our firm,” said Bryan Tramont, Wilkinson Barker’s managing partner.
In 2007, Legal Times named Tritt one of 10 Leading Lawyers in communications law, the Blog of Legal Times notes.
In addition to Tritt, joining Wilkinson Barker from MoFo are Charles H. Kennedy and Jennifer L. Kostyu, who will be partners; Frank W. Krogh and Phuong N. Pham, joining as counsel; and William F. Maher, Jr., who is set to become partner in April.
