The widow of a former Covington & Burling associate mysteriously murdered in a Washington, D.C., townhome while he was staying with friends five years ago has settled her wrongful death suit against the three pals.

Although the amount is confidential, the two homeowners, former Arent Fox partner Joseph Price and his domestic partner Victor Zaborsky, and their roommate Dylan Ward are making payments to the estate of Robert Wone, reports the Am Law Daily.

The three, who have moved to Florida, were acquitted last year after a bench trial of obstruction charges concerning the murder investigation.

His widow, Kathy Wone, was represented by Covington litigation partner Benjamin Razi in the wrongful death case.
