What are you doing when you get your best ideas?

This week, we took note of a judge who finds inspiration—legal inspiration, even—while swimming.
“I’ve made some of my best law decisions right there in the pool,” Judge Robert Beach told the Tampa Bay Times. “I’ve got all this time by myself, nobody is interrupting me and I’ll be thinking about some case and decide, ‘That’s what I’m going to do.’ It’s a great influence, emotionally and physically.”
So this week, we’d like to ask you: What are you doing when you get your best ideas? Taking a shower? Doing yoga? Facing a tight deadline?
Answer in the comments.
Read the answers to last week’s question: What would you name your legal brew?
Lady Justice Brewing’s favorite answer, to be featured in its upcoming “Bar Exam” sampler:
Posted by Will: “Miranda Warning IPA, you could post the warning on the label to remind the consumer just in case.”
Honorable mentions:
Posted by Sean M: “A high ABV brew should be the 12(b)(6) - it’d make you fail to state a claim very quickly.”
Posted by John M. Perkins: “Craig v. Boren Ale”
Posted by Ellen: “Trippel Damages”
