Visa Inc. plans to spend $15 million in legal fees and expenses for its initial public offering.

The company’s lead lawyers are White & Case partners Mark Mandel and S. Ward Atterbury, the American Lawyer reports. The company reported its anticipated fees in a statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amount is more than four times the $3.5 million in legal fees paid by MasterCard Inc. for its 2006 IPO. It was represented by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
