Brooklyn Law School’s ranking by U.S. News & World Report is in doubt after rival schools pointed out that the school was notably absent in the magazine’s first-ever inclusion of part-time law school stats.

“We’re still investigating the Brooklyn situation,” Bob Morse, the director of data research at the magazine, tells the National Law Journal.

Brooklyn ranked No. 61 among 184 law schools. The school acknowledged to the NLJ that it didn’t include some information for part-time students because it disagrees with the magazine’s methodology and because of an inadvertent error.
