University of Alabama tops list of best-value law schools
The University of Alabama tops a new list of best-value law schools for the second year in a row.
The list by National Jurist is based on tuition, student debt, cost of living expenses, bar passage rates and employment success. Above the Law notes the findings and offers some criticism.
The top five best-value law schools are:
1) University of Alabama
2) University of Arkansas at Fayetteville
3) Louisiana State University
4) University of Nebraska
5) University of South Dakota
Brigham Young University, ranked No. 6, was the only private law school on the list. In a separate ranking of only private law schools, National Jurist ranked Brigham Young No. 1 for best value.
