Tad Decker Gets Second Term as Head of Cozen O’Connor
Tad Decker has been elected to a second three-year term as president and CEO of Philadelphia-based Cozen O’Connor.
A law firm press release says Decker has improved financial performance of Cozen despite the recession. “Cozen O’Connor enjoyed sustained growth in revenue, revenue per lawyer and profits, especially impressive given the current economic conditions,” the press release said. He was re-elected by a unanimous board vote.
Decker also was instrumental in hiring almost 70 lawyers from the dissolved law firm WolfBlock, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports.
Decker first joined the firm as managing partner in 2000, but left in 2004 to chair the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. He returned in 2007 as president and CEO.
