Suit Asks: Is it Yogurt or Nogurt?
A lawsuit filed by a legal recruiter claims the frozen concoction served by a Los Angeles dessert chain is not really yogurt.
An attorney for the plaintiff told the Los Angeles Times that the suit against Pinkberry does not seek punitive damages.
“The goal is to just have them come clean about what they’re doing so that people can make an informed decision when they buy the product,” said Mary Glarum, who represents plaintiff Bryan Williams.
