Spencer Fane Opens Denver Office With 21 Attorneys from Grimshaw Firm
Spencer Fane Britt & Browne has established a Denver office by acquiring all attorneys except one name partner in a 21-lawyer firm there.
With the attorneys from Grimshaw & Harring, a full-service business firm with particular expertise in state land development law, the Kansas City-based Spencer Fane now has well over 100 lawyers and six offices, according to its website.
The firm will be known in Denver for six months as Spencer Fane Grimshaw before transitioning to the Spencer Fane Britt & Browne moniker, reports the Kansas City Business Journal.
The article says that name partner Richard Harring will not be joining Spencer Fane, but doesn’t explain what his plans are.
