A new round of court proceedings is underway for Lindsay Lohan, whose probation in intertwined drunken-driving and necklace-theft cases was revoked Wednesday by a Los Angeles judge.

The 26-year-old actress was not required to appear Wednesday and was represented by attorney Shawn Holley. A probation violation hearing was set for Jan. 15, the Associated Press reports.

Lohan, who could face as much as 245 days in jail in the probation revocation matter, was charged twice in the same day recently, in New York City and in Santa Monica, Calif.

The New York case resulted from an alleged altercation with another woman in a nightclub. The California case concerned an accident in which Lohan initially said she was not the driver of her Porsche. Authorities say they now believe Lohan was at the wheel, and have charged her with reckless driving and obstruction.
