Nine Lawyers From Dissolving Indianapolis Law Firm Jump to Bose McKinney
An Indianapolis law firm that once included former U.S. Sen. Birch Bayh is dissolving, but many of its lawyers and staffers will be joining a bigger rival.
Tabbert Hahn Earnest and Weddle will close at the end of the year, according to the Indianapolis Star, the Indianapolis Business Journal and a press release. Five partners and four associates will join Bose McKinney & Evans, while Tabbert Hahn’s governmental affairs affiliate will also make the leap.
Name partner Gregory Hahn said the decision followed merger talks. “We’ve had several folks talk to us about a merger, but nothing seemed quite right until this came along, and it seems likes a perfect fit,” he told the Indianapolis Star. Both firms have government, lobbying and pharmaceutical practices.
Five Tabbert Hahn lawyers are not making the move.
