No stranger to demand letters and litigation, reality television star Kim Kardashian has filed suit against another well-known individual—her husband, basketball star Kris Humphries.
The divorce case (PDF) Kardashian filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court comes just 72 days after her $10 million wedding to the NBA player, the New York Post reports. Its article relies on information from TMZ.
She is represented by attorney Laura Wasser, who has also worked with Angelina Jolie, Maria Shriver and Britney Spears.
There is no word on who will represent Humphries, who was reportedly surprised by the filing.
The couple has a prenuptial agreement, the Post says. They met approximately a year ago, at a basketball game.
