Roy Davis caught the attention of a Florida judge on Thursday when the 22-year-old Ohio man reportedly began taking courtroom photos on his cellphone.
Ordered by Duval County Judge James Daniel to approach the bench, Davis initially refused but stopped resisting when a court officer aimed a stun gun at his chest, WJXT reports.
Unpersuaded by Davis’ claim that he is a sovereign citizen, the judge gave him 90 days for felony contempt of court.
