A suspect was arrested early Monday morning after shots were fired at a law office in downtown Spokane, Washington.

Police said 31-year-old Shawn Denman fired a gun into a wall of the Morris & Morris law firm. Bullet holes can be seen there, but no injuries occurred, KREM reports. Denman was charged with firearm theft and unlawful possession of a firearm

After a call came in around 2:30 a.m. about shots being fired into the ground in a nearby parking lot, officers were a block away when they more heard shots being fired, the article says. A search revealed the suspect and the bullet holes.

An investigation is ongoing.
