Lindsay Lohan Showed 'Extremely Poor Judgment,' Can't Party During House Arrest, Judge Rules
Accused of partying during her house arrest for shoplifting a necklace from a California store, actress Lindsay Lohan showed “extremely poor judgment” by apparently drinking and hosting a social event on the roof deck of her beachfront home earlier this month, a state court judge said yesterday.
But Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner agreed with Lohan’s lawyer that the actress didn’t violate her probation since she isn’t prohibited from drinking, even as the judge warned the actress not to do it again, reports the Los Angeles Times.
“If you are in jail, you are not allowed to have parties. House arrest should be akin to jail,” said Sautner, who restricted Lohan in the future to one guest at a time.
