The National Football League has tapped high-profile lawyer Ted Wells to investigate allegations of workplace misconduct at the Miami Dolphins.

Wells, a partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, will prepare a report that will be released to the public, report the New York Times, the Miami Herald and a press release. His appointment follows allegations that guard Richie Incognito sent racist and threatening texts to teammate Jonathan Martin.

Before his suspension, Incognito denied any wrongdoing.

Wells previously investigated allegations of harassment on Syracuse University’s basketball team.
