A lawyer from Tacoma, Wash., has been arrested based on accusations he sold marijuana from his home, which also serves as his law office.

The lawyer, Jesse Edward Yarbrough, was arrested after a six-month investigation by an anti-drug task force, the Associated Press reports. Police raided the law office last Thursday and found 82 marijuana plants and equipment used to grow and sell the drug, according to the AP and KOMO4-TV.

Yarbrough was arrested along with four other suspects. Yarbrough told KOMO4-TV he was wrongly being portrayed as a drug dealer, although he didn’t deny having some pot in his house, according to the KOMO report.
