A law firm in suburban Detroit has filed a suit against the Four Tops that claims the Motown group owes more than $109,000 in legal fees.

The Southfield, Mich., law firm of Sullivan, Ward, Asher & Patton filed the suit against the group and its only original member, Abdul “Duke” Fakir, the Detroit News and the Associated Press report.

A spokesman for the group said it had not been served with the lawsuit and could not comment, according to the stories.
