Kilpatrick Stockton Merges with California Law Firm
Kilpatrick Stockton now has its first California office.
The law firm is merging with the 10-lawyer construction law firm Bell, Rosenberg & Hughes, located in Oakland, Calif., according to a press release and the Charlotte Business Journal. The combined firm will keep the Kilpatrick Stockton name.
Kilpatrick Stockton managing partner Bill Dorris says in the press release that the merger “further solidifies Kilpatrick Stockton’s reputation as the go-to firm for construction and infrastructure projects.”
Kilpatrick Stockton will now have 10 offices, including eight in the United States, one in Dubai, and one in Stockholm.
