It's Nap Time at Kilpatrick Stockton
The Raleigh, NC office of Kilpatrick Stockton has a room where employees can take naps.
The windowless room has a couch, recliner, blanket, lamp, and coffee table, the Raleigh News & Observer reports. Employees typically avail themselves of the so-called Power Room for 10-20 minutes at a stretch, and lactating women have first claim on the space.
“We’re very client focused,” explains partner Tricia Goodson. “Sometimes we have to work extended hours to meet their needs. Everybody in the working world likes to strike a good work-life balance.”
