Targets included European tourist resorts and U.S. government facilities overseas, according to the Associated Press story.

The indictment accuses Christopher Paul, 43, of conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction and to provide support to terrorists.

A press conference on the charges is scheduled for later today.
