Greyacre Revisited: Free App Has Sample Bar Exam Questions
Law students studying for the bar exam can download a free app with sample questions for their iPhones.
The “BARBRI Challenge” consists of a series of sample bar exam questions that must be answered in 15 minutes or less, according to a press release. Users can compete with others in multiplayer games, or can play alone and see how well they performed compared to others.
The Wall Street Journal Law Blog has a sample question: Will conveys Greyacre “to Grace for life, then to Karen, but if Karen does not marry, then to Jack.” Karen has:
A. A contingent remainder.
B. A vested remainder subject to open.
C. An indefeasibly vested remainder.
D. A vested remainder subject to total divestment.
Commenters debated whether the answer was A or D.
