A self-proclaimed pedophile who was the subject of an unusual injunction earlier this month was arrested twice yesterday.

Initially, Jack McClellan, 45, was arrested yesterday afternoon on suspicion of violating a temporary restraining order imposed Aug. 3 that prohibits him from coming within 10 yards of any child in California, reports the Los Angeles Times. That arrest apparently occurred because he was allegedly standing outside an infant development center at the University of California at Los Angeles.

Then, yesterday evening, McClellan was arrested a second time and charged with trespassing after he was seen standing in a UCLA parking lot being interviewed by a television news crew, the article states.

As discussed in an earlier ABAJournal.com post, McClellan apparently has not previously committed any crime. However, his open admission that he is sexually attracted to children and likes to look at young girls not-surprisingly puts parents on edge.

Two lawyers who successfully sought the temporary restraining order on behalf of their daughters are now seeking a permanent injunction.
