Debbie Rowe Agrees Katherine Jackson Will Get Kids, Retains Visitation Rights
Michael Jackson’s children will be raised by his mother, Katherine Jackson, but the mother of two of the children will get visitation rights under an agreement reached by the two women, according to a newspaper report.
A source tells the Los Angeles Times that the agreement is expected to win the approval of a Los Angeles judge after it is submitted to the court on Monday.
Debbie Rowe married Michael Jackson when she was six months pregnant after being artificially inseminated, according to the story. Their children are Prince Michael and Paris Michael Katherine. A surrogate gave birth to Jackson’s third child, Prince Michael II.
Under the agreement, Rowe will visit the children and retain parental rights, the Times says. She will not be paid for the agreement, and she will pick up half the costs of a child psychologist to advise the women on how and when the visits should take place.
