Bradley Arant Says It’s Alabama’s Largest Law Firm
A law firm that is the product of a recent merger is staking a claim to the title of Alabama’s largest law firm.
The merged firm, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, has 350 lawyers in seven offices, the Montgomery Advertiser reports. And it’s seeking more lawyers in the right practice areas, according to the article.
“We are always recruiting for the right fit,” partner George Parker told the publication.
Asked about hot legal practice areas, two of Parker’s predictions weren’t all that surprising—foreclosure litigation and regulatory work. But another is more unusual. He said he believes there will be more lawsuits from disabled veterans seeking additional benefits.
“We have a lot of disabled vets out there right now,” he told the Advertiser. “I think there is going to be a big reaction from that.”
