8-Lawyer Real Estate Team Leaps from Holland & Knight to Lerch Early
Five real estate and land use partners from the Bethesda, Md., office of Holland & Knight have led an eight-lawyer group to Lerch Early & Brewer,
The group had gotten to know Lerch Early, which is based in Bethesda and has about 65 attorneys, including the new arrivals, by working together on joint projects, reports the Blog of Legal Times.
“We’re very excited about this,” managing partner Arthur Lafionatis said of the Holland & Knight team’s move. “This is a unique and special opportunity to bring in a group of lawyers that are complimentary and compatible with our existing practice. Our land use practice is one that has driven a lot of work because those clients have needs in other areas.”
