Some of our faves include a 2001 sexual harassment suit against Sears that included charges that one of its Minneapolis-area managers made lewd comments to the plaintiff relating to a Halloween costume she wore to the office and a 2002 negligence suit in Louisiana against the owners of a corn maze in which a Halloween reveler tripped and broke her leg while running from a character inspired by Jason from Friday the 13th.
