Meet our guest:

David Lat is well-known in the legal community for his sensational, gossipy blog Above the Law, which has had a substantial impact on how law firms communicate with the public and their employees. Previously, Lat was editor of the political blog Wonkette. Many may also remember him from his one-time anonymous blog Underneath Their Robes, a go-to site for judicial news and gossip. Lat also has worked as a federal prosecutor in Newark, N.J., and as a litigation associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Moderating the call-in program will be Edward A. Adams, the editor and publisher of the ABA Journal.
