Grace Burrowes is a child welfare attorney with her own solo practice–and the author of more than 20 full-length novels. Burrowes (who uses a pen name) didn’t start writing until she was 46. But since her clients are mostly children who spend all day in school, she says she has those school-day hours mostly available to write.
