Plaintiff Miriam Chick is accusing Tom Peep of surreptitiously surveilling her through her bedroom window, invading her privacy and otherwise illegally observing her. Tom Peep denies all allegations and insists he was merely passing by when Miriam dashed half-dressed out of her house and began haranguing him. He’s countersuing for assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Judge Peepner presides.
