“Attached is a photo seen often around northern Illinois, primarily but not exclusively in the ABA’s hometown of Chicago. It is the tag of Nancy Z Hablutzel, JD, PhD, first on her vehicle (I believe) when she was the chief hearing officer in the Juvenile Courts of Cook County. She retired from there to take a special role within DCFS and currently is one of the guardians ad litem in the adoption courts of Cook County.”
