The ABA Commission on Civic Education in the Nation’s Schools is co-sponsoring a series of academic events at various locations around the country where community leaders can teach students about the law, the Constitution and the importance of civic engagement. The commission has also created a resource guide and a website where bar groups, law schools, courts, civic organizations and others interested in sponsoring such a program can find suggested curricula, formats, lesson plans, strategies and other helpful information.
