James A. Cox
James Cox is of counsel to Jones Day, and lives in Dallas. He has more than two decades of legal experience and a background in computer science. Cox’s experience includes complex technology-related disputes, international disputes, class actions, and disputes involving corporate acquisitions. He is a co-editor of the book Blockchain for Business Lawyers.
Mark W. Rasmussen
Mark Rasmussen is a partner with Jones Day and lives in Dallas. He has more than a dozen years of experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, regulatory and internal investigations, and bankruptcy litigation. He was recently appointed by Chief Judge Barbara Lynn, of the Northern District of Texas, to be the first ever receiver in an SEC enforcement action involving an ICO promoter. He is a co-editor of the book Blockchain for Business Lawyers.
