Walter Benenati, managing partner of the Benenati Law Firm in Orlando, Florida, said recently the firm’s four-day workweek increased morale and productivity.

Benenati adopted the shorter workweek at the beginning of the year to give employees an extra day to run errands, attend to personal matters and spend time with family. He said the decision to go to a four-day week was one of the best decisions of his life, and that it is also benefiting the office because morale and productivity have risen.

This week, we’d like to ask: What do you think about adopting a four-day workweek? Would you adapt well? What would you use the extra time off for? Would you foresee any problems with a shorter week? How would you stay organized to ensure that you finished all your work?
