NYU 3L Contemplates Charlie’s Sheen’s Winning Life in YouTube Rap Video
NYU law student and rapper Eli Northrup has a funny hit video on YouTube, but until recently he kept it a secret from students and professors.
The video, “Charlie Sheen: Always Winning,” includes these lines: “Charlie Sheen two men, everybody else a half. Success rate 100 percent, I did the math.” Northrup produced the video with another member of his band Pants Velour, which performs in clubs on New York’s Lower East Side, the Careerist blog reports.
Northrup, a 3L, talked to the Careerist about why he kept the project under wraps. “I was a bit concerned about the racy subject,” he told the Careerist. “Besides, I’m not sure the professors know who Charlie Sheen is.”
