Top Law Firm Taps Ex-Partners to Lead Client Survey
When a renowned London-based law firm sought feedback from major clients, it decided to put former partners in charge of the survey project.
Ex-partners are in an ideal position to seek information from clients about Linklaters’ legal work and prospects for expanding the relationship because they know a considerable amount about their former firm yet are objective about its work, current partner Roger Barron explains to Legal Week.
“We wanted to have a good look at our client relationships, both established and new, and really drill down into them so we can understand our clients’ needs better, make new contacts and work more collaboratively with them,” says Barron.
