An Ohio judge has imposed a 90-day jail term on a defendant who failed to comply Monday with a March order to carry an “idiot” sign in front of a Cleveland police station.

And once he gets out, Cleveland Municipal Judge Pinkey Carr told Richard Dameron he will comply with her sign order if she has to drive him to the station herself, WKYC reports.

The judge noted that she made the sign herself, over Memorial Day. It reads: “I apologize to Officer Simone and all police officers for being an idiot calling 911 threatening to kill you. I’m sorry and it will never happen again.”

Dameron, when located by Carr’s bailiff Monday, was inebriated and told the bailiff he wasn’t going to carry the sign but could do “another 90 days,” the station reports.

He also said he didn’t have transportation to the station, according to Cleveland Scene.

At the latest hearing in the case, Carr told Dameron “I was thinking of making it 30 or 60 but since you said you can do 90, 90 it will be. I’m like Burger King. You can have it your way.”

Carr made headlines last year when she required a motorist who had driven past a school bus on the sidewalk to carry an “idiot” sign:
