DUI Lawyers Market Firm with Cars, Segways and 30 Websites
Lawyers at Finebloom & Haenel are attracting clients as they drive, ride and sleep.
The Sarasota, Fla., traffic and DUI law firm now has six lawyers, 30 websites and 275 domain names, the Herald Tribune reports. Even as the lawyers sleep, they get five or six leads from their websites, manned by a live person paid to chat with online visitors.
The firm has added four lawyers and four offices since David Haenel and Darren Finebloom founded it in 2004. A network of lawyers help the firm take traffic ticket cases statewide, and Haenel hopes to someday go national, the story says.
Haenel bought two Segways that displays the firm’s logo. His car has a glow-in-the-dark sign touting the firm’s website, fightyourtickets.com, and the firm’s trademarked slogan: Got arrested? Get us.
The lighted car logos use cutting-edge technology, according to the Herald Tribune. “In one of the starchiest professions, lawyer David Haenel stands out like neon as the area’s most innovative self-promoter,” story says. “Almost every night, people roll down their window in traffic and ask about the car or tell of a friend who might need their help. Haenel tosses them a key chain with his firm’s phone number.”
