Another lawsuit has been filed challenging airport pat down searches, this one by a Colorado lawyer objecting to a search in San Diego.

Lawyer Gary Fielder says he and his daughters, ages 9 and 15, were searched, as was a family friend, report the Associated Press and KDVR.com. The suit, filed in Denver federal court, says the pat downs were “disgusting, unconscionable, sexual in nature.” He claims a Fourth Amendment violation.

“Currently there are over 330 million citizens on the United States, none of whom have ever engaged in any terrorist activity onboard a commercial airliner, at any time or place on the planet Earth,” says the suit (posted by InformationLiberation).

At least two other lawsuits have been filed challenging the procedures.
