The ABA Journal has partnered with Working Mother Media to ask women and men in law firms how they are reacting to the current scrutiny of sexual harassment in the workplace.

The Journal plans to use the aggregated data to report on the topic at ABAJournal.com and in future issues of the magazine. Working Mother Media, which studies law firms for its Best Law Firms for Women Initiative, also plans to report on the findings.
The survey seeks not only to explore thoughts and assumptions but also to hear your personal experiences and reactions to sexual harassment in the workplace. In addition to legal professionals, this effort includes a survey of members of the business community.
